Dedicated To The One I Love |
Want to go to sleep? This album of rock classics sung as
lullabies is just the ticket. Using pillowy-soft arrangements
and the teeniest voice she can muster, Ronstadt desecrates
"In My Room" and "Be My Baby" but still makes an effective
sleepy-time soundtrack. Adults will cringe at the precious
version of "We Will Rock You," but her duet with Aaron
Neville on Brahms' "Lullaby" is a wonder for all ages.
